Split ZIK Lab content into external repository

Summary

• move blog content ownership to the new public repository: https://github.com/mitatis/zik-lab-content
• add a content sync script that clones the content repository into .content before dev/build
• update Astro content collection paths to support CONTENT_ROOT and remove src/data/blog from the website repository index
• document the new workflow in README
