There's an issue with hOn API which causes this file to remain empty in the data dump. I'm currently trying to workaround this issue. I will leave this PR open until I make this work and later I will ask you to update it when the data is available again.

I just checked, and the response from the server ist literally empty. But it came back with no http error so i assume thats a valida answer. When browsing through the repo i found some other device types without application_data like ac_313 or dw_524. you think this is an issue at all?
