Summary

  • Remove all Haiku/Sonnet/Opus-specific references from README.md and landing page
  • Update workflow descriptions to reflect new scaffold approach (foundation phases + feature list)
  • Update What's New section with Mar 2026 changes (inline git, smarter scaffolding, LLM-neutral output)

Follow-up to #160 (code changes). This covers the docs/marketing side.

Closes #159

  • npx tsc --noEmit — clean
  • All 317 tests pass
  • No Haiku/Sonnet/Opus references remain in README or landing page
