Hi all,
I was working on the new qc aggregate operator: https://github.com/mskcc/beagle/tree/feature/nucleo_qc_agg, trying to take a look at an error locally. However, I realized I was having trouble setting up a local dev instance with my previous make recipe and documentation.
I've made some adjustments and this seems to be working better...although might still not be perfect? @alyvann would you mind seeing how things are working on your local machine?
