Adds the backend capability to either pass "latest" or "newest" to play the first episode yielded by a podcast provider.
Also adds the ability to specify a 3 character or more string that will be searched for through the podcast episodes or playlist tracks and play the list of items from that point mimicking the "Play from here" menu item. Allows for playing "EP 59" and onwards in the original list order, for example.
