Fix roster counts: 84 roles, 54 factory#27

From the core-repos quality audit. The roster docs claimed 83 agents but the
code defines 84 (verified: 54 group:'factory' + 27 firm + 3 lab) — roster.md:3
contradicted its own roster.md:144 ("82 on sonnet" + "2 lab on Opus" = 84).
Corrected README.md / CLAUDE.md / docs/roster.md to 84, and CLAUDE.md's
"30 roles with group:'factory'" to 54. (The 82-on-sonnet line was already
correct: 84 - 2 Opus = 82.)
