- Add Windows x86 to CI matrix (Node 20.x, 22.x) and release workflow
- Rewrite release.yml to explicit per-platform/arch matrix (5 jobs vs 12)
- Switch prebuild to scripts/prebuild.js (--target running Node version)
- Drop prebuildify-ci; publish job downloads artifacts directly
- Bump engines to >=20, upgrade all actions to latest major versions
