We use an old version of stdlib that doesn't include the new version of to_yaml (and updating our stdlib presents issues for lots of our code). Use the old non-namespaced to_yaml and create a custom function to allow enforcing no line wrapping. Also remove as-of-yet-unsupported http_proxy parameter from vcsrepo in openondemand::install::app.
