This is mostly an attempt to make compose-no-proxy.yml match compose.yml a bit more closely. However a few changes have also been applied to compose.yml in an attempt to bring the two into sync beyond the proxy settings. As it stood, compose-no-proxy.yml wasn't actually working before these changes.
