I'm Nico — Lead Software Engineer at @Resideo, based in Austin.

Been building software for over twenty years now. Started with PHP and MySQL back in '05, picked up iOS development early on, and it stuck. Spent time at Match, Shyp, Synack, and American Airlines before landing at Resideo, where I lead mobile engineering. Most of my work these days is in Flutter.

Weekends lately revolve around multi-agent orchestration — hooking up swarms of AI agents that collaborate on real codebases. Think of it as a tiny autonomous software shop: agents claim tasks, write code, review each other's work, and keep the pipeline moving without much hand-holding.

Some numbers from the hobby bench:

• 2 active rigs running in parallel
• 2,630 work items tracked across projects
• ~61% completion rate (1,597 done, 731 still cooking)
• 55 commits landed so far
• Up to 9 unique agent contributors on a single project — mayors, deacons, workers, witnesses, the whole crew 😄

Built on top of OpenClaw with custom orchestration layers. Still weekend-science-experiment territory, but the swarm is getting weirdly productive.
