This PR fixes serial reading reliability and frontend payload handling for serial events.
Changes included:
app.go: keep read loop alive on zero-byte reads, emit consistent readable errors, improve open/close messaging, and set explicit serial mode defaults.
frontend/src/AppMain.vue: handle both byte-array and string event payloads, use safer click bindings, add option value/key binding, and clean up event listener on unmount.
