We collected user insights through structured interviews with 5 users from different backgrounds (a home cook, an allergy sufferer, a gym athlete, a calorie tracker, and a beginner cook) and distributed a questionnaire to understand daily food habits, cooking challenges, and health goals more broadly.
Key findings shaped our three core features:
