Still doesn't fix flickering issue on safari. |

It does greatly reduce the flickering in Safari, but you need to make sure that imgCache is initialized see my notes here: #55 |

At Chesscademy we've been using this image caching approach to resolve piece flickering and duplication issues (original implementation written by @Zolmeister), so it's been tested in a production environment. I think this fix would be a good step towards the v1.0.0 release mentioned in #96.
