Expand the CODEOWNERS fallback rule to include the architecture, engineering, and pipeline teams alongside platformteam.
Prerequisite
The
architectureandengineeringteams do not currently have permissions on this repo. They will need to be granted at leastpushaccess before this PR can merge — the CODEOWNERS validator will continue to fail until then.Checklist
