Using the pattern introduced in this CL, it is possible to reduce the amount of work required to export symbols to a minimum. You still need to annotate everything you want to export with |@export|.

Using the pattern introduced in this CL, it is possible to reduce the
amount of work required to export symbols to a minimum.
You still need to annotate everything you want to export with |@export|.
This CL also formats BUILD files with buildifier.
