Gesture Editing

This is a quick first pass at adding the ability to customize gestures.

The gestures can be changed in from the App Settings dialog. Currently the gestures that can be changes are

• Double Tap - defaults to toggling zen mode
• Two Finger Tap - defaults to switching tools
• Swipe Left - defaults to next page
• Swipe Right - defaults to previous page
• Two Finger Swipe Left - defaults to redo
• Two Finger Swipe Right - defaults to undo

Open questions:

• Is AppSettings the right place for this, or should it be in a separate KV record (or even a separate collection)?
• What is a good UI experience for this?
• Are there other gestures or actions that should be added?
  • Existing gestures such as with selections or quick nav
  • Specific tools or tool settings
