- Remove PYPI_API_TOKEN requirement; use PyPI trusted publishing via OIDC (id-token)\n- Publish from the built artifact (download-artifact) with skip-existing\n- Only publish on tags v* that are not pre-releases (no rc/a/b in ref_name)
