Remove orphaned left-14 offset from ChatListPanel (was for the removed NavRail). Wire chatListOpen/setChatListOpen through PanelContext. 2. Task interrupt: Remove request.signal → abortController forwarding in /api/chat/route.ts so browser disconnect no longer kills the SDK subprocess. Intentional stops already use /api/chat/interrupt.
