We may not need this for too long, see opengisch/QFieldCloud#1631 . I wanted to implement this PR for long time anyways. The next step is based on the information in the new field, choose the right docker container. The choosing part is trivial, the unclear part is building the "fleet" of available QGIS images.

Also, check the implementation in the mentioned PR for extracting the version, I think it's safer than a substring match.
