any reason for majority of this skill to not be a script to be driven from much shorter skill?

I see a lot of duplicates across various repos in similar skills, e.g. (https://github.com/openshift/lightspeed-operator/blob/main/.cursor/skills/find-duplication/SKILL.md and https://github.com/openshift/lightspeed-agentic-operator/blob/main/.cursor/skills/find-duplication/SKILL.md). Was there any consideration to keep the skills in a common place, such as https://github.com/openshift/lightspeed-team-harness instead? |
