CI is green on this PR and it unblocks the current platform xct failures in opentdf/platform#2991 (ROOT_KEY env() failure in start-additional-kas when key-management=false). Can we get the required code-owner approvals from @opentdf/developers @opentdf/security @opentdf/sre so this can merge? |
Avoid using opentdf/platform@main for start-additional-kas; use the platform ref checked out by start-up-with-containers.
