* Image updates from 23.4 to 23.9 Free image updates.
* Oracle AI world 2025 updates.
* Review changes from LiveLabs team from previous 23.4 Raftl LiveLabs are made in this new 23.9 image.
* Flow updates as 23.9 RAFT Image doesn't allow 4th shard to add.
* Shutdown and shard from UI itself to simplify RAFT LiveLabs tasks.
* Remove unused files
* Update manifest.json
* Screen-shots and tasks modified with new image tests.
