Our Saturn V always had a limited direct ascent capability, but this PR fixes and improves it. It is enabled by setting the TerminalConditions flag to 0 and the DirectAscent flag to 1. How it works:
-The first opportunity TLI data tables are used to calculate the insertion targets
-At S-IVB cutoff the LVDC logic goes directly from Timebase 4 to Timebase 7
Attached is a modified Apollo 11 scenario targeting a direct ascent to lunar flyby. The presettings in the scenario are not perfect, so a moderately large midcourse correction is still required to get onto a lunar flyby trajectory.
