docs: lifecycle concept, generate-notes as source of truth, and blog post

Summary

• Add documentation/concepts/lifecycle/index.md — the full pattern lifecycle arc from creation to deprecation
• Register lifecycle in documentation/concepts/index.md after Patterns
• Extend hack/generate-notes to emit documentation/reference/orkestra-notes/<domain>.md alongside catalog_generated.go — pkg/note/docs/ is now the single source of truth for both; files with ## In Development are excluded from both outputs
• Add pkg/note/docs for semver, time, data, git, and docker notes; git and docker marked in development
• Remove all hand-written user-facing note pages; generated pages replace them with consistent <domain>.md naming
• Add documentation/blog/05-the-infrastructure-is-gone.md

Test plan

• make generate-notes regenerates documentation/reference/orkestra-notes/ and pkg/note/catalog_generated.go
• git and docker domains are skipped (marked ## In Development)
• Lifecycle page renders correctly and links resolve
