papers status -v will tell you file count in the bibtex

Small change to get papers status -v to account for every file in the bibtex, so you can be sure that at least the numbers of files in the filesdir and bibtex are the same.

Aaand my mistake, sorry -- this is branched off the wrong branch, it also contains #92.

The relevant changes are just to config.py -- this can wait until #92 goes in, or I can break them out separate.

Let me know here -- also, I realized that this will only work for .pdf files the ways it's written now; do you also uses references to other file types extensively? Is there a fixed list there?
