While packaging
pgrxfor Debian in order to allow Postgres extensions written with it to be added toapt.postgresql.organd Debian itself, we found thatzip-extracthas been deprecated a year ago.This change trivially replaces it with the
zipcrate recommended by thezip-extractmaintainers.
