Add new settings to add developper's tools in a BlSpace.

I added settings system to add shortcuts to all BlSpace.

Currently I added 2 shortcuts:
F1 -> Open an inspector.
F2 -> Open a statistics window.

The system can be extended by subclassing BlocSpaceShortcutTool.

Hi @Nyan11, thanks for this good idea, I suggest to reduce the number of line in the settings panel by grouping each parameters in one line, i.e.:

• Bloc Space Tools :
  • Space inspect [X] enable ; shortcut : [ F1 ]
  • Space statistics [X] enable ; shortcut : [ F1 ]

I’ll let you write a better text :) What do you think?

The settings are not very customizable, best i can do is to add a button that open a dedicated window that allow to see and edit all shortcuts.
