Code Review
This pull request attempts to add more context to an error message for a failed etcd transaction by including the transaction response. However, in the specific failure scenario being handled (a compare-and-swap failure), the transaction response will be empty because the 'else' part of the transaction is empty. Therefore, this change adds noise to the error log without providing useful debugging information. I've recommended reverting this change.

The putResp.Responses will be an empty slice when !putResp.Succeeded is true. This is because the Else part of the Txn call on line 307 is an empty slice of operations. When the Compare on line 305 fails, the Else operations are executed, and their responses are put into putResp.Responses. Since there are no Else operations, putResp.Responses is empty.
Adding an empty slice to the error message doesn't provide any useful information for debugging and adds noise to the logs. It's better to remove this argument.
If the goal is to get more information on why the transaction failed (e.g., the current value of the key), you would need to add a clientv3.OpGet(jobKey) to the Else part of the Txn call. As it stands, this addition is not helpful.
