Fixes all the tables that were listed as broken or missing data Also fixes a bunch of existing tables that were missing keys or had the wrong spec

Fixes all the tables that were broken
Add spec for 140+ tables that were missing partial columns or all columns
Update 400+ instances of tables using rid instead of the correct table reference
Remove some poe 2 files that are now shared between both games
