Adapt VCS simulation flow to use a standalone run_vcs.sh script following the same pattern as run_vsim.sh, run_verilator.sh, etc. Replace Makefile targets with CLI options in the run script. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
