This is a port of pylhc/PyLHC#112 functionality to
omc3.scripts. The initial PR has been done by @Mael-Le-Garrec and this one only includes a few tidying commits from me.In pylhc/PyLHC#112 this has been checked and approved. I've let the very specific constants stay in the script file in this version. Doc is fine, tests are fine.
