First release version

WARNING: parts of this release were rushed and not tested (emailing of volunteer schedules). Use at own risk

NOTE: due to a mistake in deployment, this actually requires .net 4.0 to install

This is a nearly feature complete version. It is still lacking in automated tests, but most things were hand tested. What is still missing is the javascript scheduling interfaces and a way to let companies directly sign up.

This is meant primarily to let users start to experiment with the system and leave feedback. Lots of bugs were fixed. It was built on 2010-06-27 at the end of the day. All the tasks closed in issues have been fixed.

Since s3 doesn’t seem to be currently working right with github, you can get the download here
