  • Update APCR test Makefiles to support the _tmp build convention and fix simple_test for non-RTL
  • Update test_pcycles to support ARCHV >= 68 using a macro condition, as defined in kernel/traps/cputime/test/test.c
  • Enable tests in testlist.v61 and testlist.v81
