Rotation matrix correction according to nibabel recommendations.
The first column of the transformation matrix needs to multiply the row direction with the column pixel spacings.
The second column of the transformation matrix needs to multiply the column direction with the rowpixel spacings.
Both of which are inverted in current version of image_helper.
