Make Flash socket fallback an optional feature. I did it on my project because I'm running multiple instances of the WS server and it was not possible before because of the issue previously related here: #410

I did it at my project because I'm running multiple Ratchet's instances and it was not possible before this change, because of the issue previously related here: #410
