Latest dictionaries in v006 format (for Tolino)

Note: If you can, you should use the dictionaries from https://github.com/rdoeffinger/Dictionary/releases/tag/v0.4-dictionaries instead.
These here are the same dictionaries, but converted to the old version 6 format.
This makes them compatible with devices like the Tolino eBook readers, that unfortunately never were updated for the new format.
You may notice that these files are much larger than the new format ones - and it gets even worse after unpacking the zip files.
For that reason, many of the dictionaries have a "small" variant.
Those include only the translations and examples, and not the full Wiktionary articles with word descriptions (the "blue link" words in the app). If there is no "small" variant, the full dictionary already does not include any such articles.
Note that I have tested only a few of these dictionaries, it is possible that some are broken, please report if that is the case.
