fix: correct .d.ts path and update deps

Summary

• Fix .d.ts import path: change from "./core" to from "./core/index" in src/index.ts
• Update devDependencies to latest versions (eslint 10, vite 8, tailwindcss 4.2, vue 3.5.31, etc.)
• Bump version to 0.1.2

Test plan

• yarn build succeeds
• yarn lint passes
