Added an integrated 'Copy to Clipboard' button with visual success feedback and accessibility improvements to the LivingDash build-required fallback page.

…gDash fallback

This PR adds a "Copy" button to the LivingDash build-required fallback page, along with visual polish and accessibility improvements.

💡 What:
- Added a "Copy to Clipboard" button to the command box.
- Implemented visual feedback ("✓ Copied") that reverts after 2 seconds.
- Added hover effects to the command box to indicate interactivity.
- Improved accessibility with ARIA labels and focus-visible indicators.

🎯 Why:
- Developers encountering the "Build Required" page often need to copy the multi-line command to their terminal. Manually selecting and copying is higher friction than a single click.

📸 Before/After:
- See the attached screenshots in the verification output.

♿ Accessibility:
- Button uses semantic HTML.
- `aria-label="Copy build command"` for screen readers.
- `aria-hidden="true"` on decorative emojis.
- Visible focus rings using `:focus-visible`.
