Sorry for not forking directly, on the beginning I didn't think about putting this on the github.

While evopix orm-mptt sticks with KO3.0 I have made an attempt to make a module working with KO3.1.
I have dealt with some bugs, and added some more features as well.

The code isn't perfect yet.

Any comments are welcome!
