Migrate RawFileDiskSync from the legacy async_io::DiskFile trait to the new disk_file trait system with BlockError. Implement DiskSize, PhysicalSize, DiskFd, Geometry, SparseCapable, Resizable, DiskFile, and AsyncDiskFile traits using BlockError and BlockErrorKind for error classification. Update device_manager.rs to use DiskBackend::Next for the synchronous raw backend. Update the fuzz target accordingly. Signed-off-by: Muminul Islam <muislam@microsoft.com>
