Hi, I'm Shan

Data analyst with 7+ years across operations, higher education, and loyalty platforms. I build pipelines and automations that account for what happens when the data is wrong, the input is unexpected, or the assumption in the original query was off.

Most of my work stays private for a mix of reasons — client work under contract, academic projects still in rotation with current students, early-stage projects I may license down the line. What's public here is the stuff I can share openly, mostly side projects I build to work something out.

Currently working on

Endurance training coach — Privacy-first AI coaching system. RAG architecture on a locally hosted 70B model, time-series athlete data in InfluxDB, Chroma for retrieval, Garmin ingestion in Python. Built so none of the training data leaves the local environment.
