Context efficiency: The old monolithic daemon/loop.md (693 lines, ~10K tokens) loaded every cycle. Now .claude/loop.md (~120 lines) + one pillar file (~50 lines) loads instead. ~75% less context on instructions, more room for actual work.

Cycle scheduling: Native ScheduleWakeup (Claude Code's built-in scheduling) replaces bash sleep. Sessions persist across cycles.
