- CHANGELOG.md: nieuwe entry bovenaan voor PR #81, datum 2026-05-27, PR-range #54-81. Statistieken bijgewerkt: 245→247 pytest, 51→55 vitest (12 spec-files), 17→18 e2e-specs (48 tests). - README.md: zelfde stats-tabel + repo-structuur tests-count. - docs/gebruik.md: bevindingen-sectie herschreven — beschrijft nu de Nieuwe-bevinding-knop, de validatie-regel "altijd aan een assessment", en de empty-state-waarschuwing.
