This commit introduces several new country classes for Saint Barthelemy, Saint Helena, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Martin, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Samoa, San Marino, Sao Tome and Principe, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Serbia, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, and Singapore. Each class implements the `ICountry` interface and includes properties such as `Name`, `OfficialName`, `NativeName`, `Capital`, `NumericCode`, `ISO2Code`, `ISO3Code`, `CallingCode`, and a collection of `States`. Corresponding unit tests have also been added to validate the country information retrieval.
