1. importing WindowsError from shutil on windows raises an exception because it is not defined there
2. consider using distutils to copy directory trees
3. changed the command to require an app name instead of looping through all apps

Oh, I should look at github more often :)

Thx for your pull request, I will evaluate it. But I thin I will keep at least the auto-lookup in all apps. I have a lot of apps, it makes it much easier here.
