This implements a modification of mbatch allowing it to run on the Oxford glamdring cluster. Unfortunately it's not as simple as adding a site file for glamdring, since the cluster uses a bespoke submission system (which does use sbatch under the hood).
This may not be of sufficient general interest to be merged into the main branch, but I wanted to open a draft PR in case you have any comments/advice. I'm happy to then put it in my own fork and maintain it separately.
