Line 20 is the only substantive change, everything else was just from my autoformatter but i couldn't isolate the autoformatting from the actual change on line 20 because it autoformats everytime i save a file.
The reason for the change was that the connection path needed to change from "postgres" to "postgresql" just because one of the modules only accepts the latter now.
