Added the docs as they make it easier to verify with design if the component is working and to start the review, as if changes are needed the PR will take longer to be merged. We can still try the agent together and see if it creates the correct docs.

@auroraVasconcelos can you see if there is another alternative for the loading built?
the animation looks smooth and clean but when the green bar goes to the ends the "white" space is not ideal
