- Add Cargo.lock for reproducible builds (removed from .gitignore)
- Add shell:allow-open permission to capabilities for Tauri 2 shell plugin
- Fix tauri.conf.json plugin config (remove Tauri 1.x syntax)
- Update tauri-action to v0.5 for better Tauri 2 support
- Fix package-lock.json name to match package.json
