Add UI integration with Chrome's window.ai to generate Realm Tomes. Update CreateTome resolver to write generated tomes to disk. Sanitize input names to prevent path traversal.

Update TomesHeader to always render the "Create with AI" button. Disable the button if AI is not available and add a tooltip explaining why.
Fix 'white' color prop error in CreateAITomeModal to allow successful frontend build. Note: Users must run 'npm run build' in tavern/internal/www to update the UI.
